How do I know my appointment is confirmed?

Your time is held as soon as you book. Graci reads your note and reaches out by text or email to confirm.

What should I put in the description?

Your hair now (length, color, anything done to it recently), what you'd like, and an inspo link if you have one. The more Graci knows, the better she can plan your time.

I can't find a time that works.

Graci adds openings week to week, so check back soon, or message her on Instagram at @hairbygraci_.

How do I change or cancel?

Message Graci on Instagram or reply to her confirmation, and include your booking reference so she can find it quickly.
